Looking at leasing a Grand Touring Reserve in Sarasota, FL. MSRP $36,515. Selling price $35,056 plus $100 doc. fee. 36 months, 10K miles for $442/month with total of $2,500 out of pocket (everything) at lease inception. Any thoughts, good or bad?

Seems to me too high. The monthly lease number could be below $400. Or at least the mileage could be 15K/year. Just my personal opinion though.

 

Have you seen these lease numbers anywhere, or just guessing?
