I also had my factory steering wheel replaced twice due to cheap leather. The car, overall, has been great, except the interior quality control issues.

thanks for the info. I will have the cupholder bezel removed (as showing on a YT video for M6 console which is similar )and I will spray W40 on all clips and plastic edges. See what happen. It is a cold thing ( below 0C ).
