I have a Grand Touring 2015 CX5. The Info button does not work. Sometimes this feature will come on and work, but other times the information will not appear. Am I missing something when it comes to activating this feature? Thank you.

 

Its a scroll button, rather than a access button, press either the top or bottom of the button to scroll thru the info/menu.

 

Okay thank you. The other problem is that the info information is not appearing on my instrument panel. It shows the red outline of car so that you can see if any doors are open, but the scrollable information does not always appear on the gauge.

 

The for this model it IS absolutely a push first , then a scroll for: mpg,trips a/ b,fuel per tank. It needs to be pushed to engage that function, then scroll for these options/screens. Otherwise the scroll is for the radio (up/down). This did start working again once I removed the bikes from the bike rack. It must have been related to the sensor; once I put the bikes back, it continued to work. I’d like to know the cause because it’s inconvenient and should work as expected.
