I have a 2016.5 with the OEM tires, no issue here. I just got a set of Bridgestone Blizzaks and after market wheels for winter. They are fine as well.
I had a 2010 Outback with the notorious vibration problem, it took a careful alignment and road force tire balance to correct it.
