Unhappy Ghost touch infotainment

I have a Mazda CX5 Grand Touring and my infotainment display has recently started switching to different things while I am driving without me touching it. At first it was sporadically but it is only getting worse. I called the dealer and they want over $1200.00 just for the part which is on backorder until January. Has anyone else had this problem? If so can you please tell me what I can do to fix it?

I assume you have a 2018 onwards CX-5?

Common problem unfortunately. Have you approach Mazda USA for assistance?

Default Intergalactic back order

This is a common fault, and as such, they are in short supply. If you are you out of warranty, good luck, all of the available units are going to cars, covered by warranty womp womp.

There is a Repair Kit for Ghist Screen and Spider cracks. I purchased on eBay for around $250.00. Had installed at Dealer for another $180.00.

Look at my Post below. You can buy the Part on eBay for around $25.00, and the Dealer installed it for around $180.00. It is a Repair Kit listed on the TSB issued by Mazda. Angry, Mazda does not cover this Known Issue unless under Warranty.
