Dealer Reviews
I posted this in the Off Topic area, but figured why not ask here also.
So I was scrolling through some reviews for dealerships (Mazda/Subaru) nearby me - NE/NJ and long story very short, the reviews on YELP are generally very negative (many 1 stars) while the Google reviews are way more favorable. What accounts for the difference ya think?
