CX5, 2025, side mirror vibrates
A DIY would be to place a small cut piece of foam carefully behind the mirror. But remember that you may be limited to the adjustment.
As on most ALL portion vehicles with all the plastics sometimes the placement of vibration and sound reducing material of sorts and can vary what it is, needed to stop those irritation and annoyances. They have NOTHING to do with the quality of any platform or model vehcle.
In most all cases any dealership platform service department will do the exact same thing as what I described to illuminate the customer complaints.
find another dealership …would be the logical thought then.
Most dealerships are careful about customers vehicles , especially in the service department. Many even use steering wheel , floor and seat paper or plastic protectors just for customer satisfaction and insure what “may” have happened to you doesn’t happen .
There are no TSB specific on the ops Mazda about the noise or vibration of the side mirrors. The noise or vibration is a service easily fixed and covered under the warranty.
Simple as that….
btw TSBs are not meant nor intended for other then Mazda service . Although they are accessible to the public most don’t understand or know the information on them completely and tend to post them on forums as supportive of a weak response by members thinking they are helping members.
I suggest reading on every page of a Mazda TSB the disclaimer and level information about the intent , use of them and who has the legal rights to post them .
Owners can obtain them through legal sites using their personal private vehicles VIN or request the information the proper way at a dealership or authorized service shop.

I don’t read that you went to Mazda to have the service look at your issue. So even in your country or if in the USA you have no valid complaint yet to file with anyone except Mazda .
