The wire bar on my cargo cover snapped off. Its the bar that connects to the lift-gate trim panel clip. The bar on the bottom right hand corner of this picture. Any suggestions on how to fix this? The piece popped off and its gone.

 

See if it is under warranty. Depending on when and how you bought the cover, it could be part of the 36 month warranty.
