Default CX-5 2016 - Anything need to be done at 40K miles?

Approaching 40K soon (drive 25K annually) and just wondering if anything in particular needs to be done with the vehicle? Its running great right now under normal maintenance. I would probably change the tranny fluid around 60K, maybe replace the break pads, and spark plugs, too.

Someone needs to spend some time perusing the maintenance section of his owners' manual instead of just guessing about these things!

Yeah - fair comment, but the OP did ask a reasonable question and may have wanted the enthusiast list of things to do at 40K miles.
Here is a great link for an online version of the owner manual . The link should take you directly to schedule 2 (severe) maintenance schedule.
FWIW: At 40K miles I would replace the engine and cabin air filters and do an oil change. Inspect brakes and belts and drive on.
I agree: Wait until 60K for spill and fill of automatic transmission fluid.

Thank you. Oil was just changed. Will be changing filters very soon.
