My car was running normally and suddenly it lost power, I stopped and with a scanner I got the code P2262 (Turbo Boost Pressure Not Detected - Mechanical)

I opened the inlet tubes I found a valve with oil, I wonder if this oil should be there.

 

No, that amount of oil should not be there.

Is it a NZ new vehicle or Jap import?

Most likely will need new turbo's. I've heard prices around $4k mentioned.
