Default CX-5 2.5 Liter Performance Upgrades?

My CX-5 has 11K miles on it and gets good mileage around town (27 to 27.5) without peddling it and it does have pretty good acceleration, if you catch it in the right gear.

Are there any specific aftermarket add-ons to improve performance a modest amount which are worth the effort? The ones that come to mind are cool air intake, or computer chip.

What about installing a Hayden transmission cooler to help the automatic life or are frequent fluid changes the best way to go?

I'm undecided as to whether I'm doing you a favor or a disservice by giving you this link
Chris_Top_Her Build Thread 2 but this guy considers himself the guru of CX-5 mods. Personally, I think he's looney-tunes, but it may provide you with a starting point. Take what he says with a grain of salt. If nothing else, you may find it amusing!

Paris1, you can't call him unenthusiastic, but the quality of workmanship is pathetic. And not very well thought out, either. But, that's just me.

In case you missed it, he's got a thread in which he's installing (cobbling together) a turbo on a '15 GT. I'm following it from the sidelines just so I can say I was there when he blows it up!
