CX-5 2.2 Diesel Oil in Fuel Injector Hole
Hi all,
I have scoured the internet and can't seem to find the solution for my problem. I have a 2015 CX-5 Diesel 2.2 that I had an oil leak around the valve cover so u changed that, but when I did so, I realized that oil is getting into the fuel injector holes and is coating it with oil. I cant tell if oil is getting down to the tip where the combustion is occurring or not because there is carbon buildup on the tip.
My question though, is how do I prevent oil from getting down into the bore hole for the injectors? It looks like with the 2019 up, the gasket goes around these holes as well to prevent this but not for my 2015. It seems that this is just asking for a problem.
