Default control arm bushing

So .... in august I had control arms , sway bar links , cv joint ( Dealer) replaced because on front suspension noise . the noise continued after the work done and I was tired of dealing with them. I had the cars suspension inspected at another shop and the lower control arm bushings on both sides are defective so back to the dealer tmw for warranty work from warranty work.
2017!!!!!!!!!!

I would have whom ever looking at your suspension look more carefully. The odds of having 2 brand new defective lower control arms are almost statistically nearly impossible. There is numerous reasons that just is highly unlikely to have happened. I will state the reason if necessary.
You are posting in a CX5 forum area, but you did not post your year?? that helps for us to better understand some aspects of your complaining or complaint about the service your had done?
I can't tell you how many times I read that one shop does a service, and something seems wrong so the owners takes it to another some instead of firt returning to the shop that did the service originally.
Common sense the shop that concludes poor service work from another shop wants the service business so they may be a bit biased about their inspection? LOL
I cant open you MOV and not looking to try to find a program to do so. sorry!

This new thread is nothing more then a pissed of Mazda owner that wants to rant!!!

I did a comprehensive search on AllData , Mazda TSB and Safety recalls with NHTSA. The results as far as I wanted to research no information for defective control arms for. 2017 cx5 . There is some info for other model but very specific.
It also appears that it does not affect all the other stated defects and are more random and not defined as both at the same time. However Mazda for other years and specie models TSB were to service replacement both lower control arms regardless of condition if even only one side had the issue as per the TSB and or SAFETY recall. It was also indicated that the failing control arms happen after at least 2 or more years of service and reported over 15 k miles .

If Mazda would were to change parts on customer complaints , they would be bankrupt !
would you like the name and number of dealer and veteran mazda certified tech that diagnosed and heard the problem ?

You have NO clue what auto manufacture even less about auto dealerships dealership of how part are manufactured and where and how many for the same part globally ! You do realize that dealerships are an independently owned business right ? lol
I am an authorized independent Mazda warranty service Technician I am well aware what some "dealership" can and will do in service. I also know some just "appease a PIA customer so they will just go away. Hmmmm reads familiar. lol
I also looked at your pictures of a single control arm and noticed a few things that you failed to mention.
That said your problem, seems to be solved move on.

I would suggest other member reading this post look into this member history since he joined.... more issues and problems and very little positive contribution most all take take take.
