Default Center speaker grill rattle and Power seats questions

Been enjoying my 2022 PP CX5 for 3 months and have little over 4900 miles on it. I have two questions to see if it is something that is common.

1) I’ve been getting a rattling noise coming from the center speaker grill for the last 3000 miles (or at least that’s when I first noticed), whenever going over bumps and uneven roads. Since I live near NYC, bad roads are very very common. If I press down on the grill when going over bumps, the rattling sound disappears. So I presume it can be easily fixed. Have others experienced this and can the center speaker grill be easily removed to resolve this? If so, any tips/instructions on removal would be appreciated (tried googling without much success).

2) While cleaning the CX5, I’ve noticed that the front passenger’s side seat can slide forward/backwards AND tilt (seatback angle) forward/backwards simultaneously, while the front driver’s side seat can only move one direction at a time. Either slides forward/backwards direction OR tilts forward/backwards. This isn’t a big deal but does seem odd, and annoys me whenever I have to move seats around to make space to the fold rear seats. Is this the case for everyone else?

Thank you.

#1) suggested fix:
The speaker grill cover can be removed using plastic tools only so as not to damage it. The rattling sounds in and around the dash are common with many newer MAZDAs and just address them as you hear them. You may need to place some thin polyfil hi-loft polyester batting poly fill around the speaker are by first removing the speaker and packing the material in the speaker cavity. This will also improve the sound reproduction as well eliminate the annoying rattle.
