Hey guys, I’m new to this forum and generally uneducated when it comes to cars, so please be patient with me if the explanation of things in this posts doesn’t make much sense. I have a 2015 CX-5 that I got in 2018. I love her dearly, she’s my first car and I have an emotional attachment to her; I even named her (Mary the Mazda, cause nothing rhymes with cx-5). She has her quirks, though. About 6 months after owning the car, I noticed that the infotainment system was somewhat finicky. Over the years that I’ve had her, the problems have just kept on coming. Tonight was the most concerning. It’s a lot to explain, so I typed it all up and took a screenshot. If someone could read through it and let me know what you think, that’d be great. Thanks (also I am aware that one of the problems listed has nothing to do with the stereo system or infotainment, but it’s weird that it’s happening so I thought I’d throw it in here)
It's obviously haunted
2013 to 2015 were issued TSB (technical service bulletin) for defective power amps (but no fix has been released by Mazda)
Fuses have been known for causing many infotainment issues.
When was the last time you updated your system?
