Hey Everyone,
I've got 75k on my Grand Touring AWD. My first visit to the Mazda Dealer in Lodi says all 4 shocks are leaking and need replacing. Plus the belt tensioners are leaking and need repair. I'd like to get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic. I'm new to NJ so don't have any idea where to go. Ideally a place near Hoboken/Secaucus or Princeton/Plainsboro.
TIA!
Find a service shop that displays the ASE sign on their building. To be able to display this sign they must employee at least one ASE certified mechanic or automotive technician and they must be current. To remain a Ase CURRENT CERTIFICATION they must test every 3 yeara. $$. I know been doing that for over 4 decades!!
