Annoying false V1 laser alerts & seatbelt reminder
2014 CX-5 GT w/ Tech Pkg: the SCBS system laser sensor should turn off at 18+ mph to avoid triggering my Valentine One in traffic, ref. Owner's Manual, pp. 4-76-81. Also the seat belt reminder should be able to be deactivated per p. 4-35.
My dealer advises NOT! so I'm contacting the Customer Experience Center.
Can anyone help with these issues?
