Hi All, I'm new to Mazda and this forum. I just purchased a leftover 2020 CX-5 G/T Reserve and having trouble with carplay's text messages. I can receive my messages, but when I'm asked if I would like to reply i'll say "YES" then the system comes back and says "you cannot reply while driving". This continues to happen even when I'm in park. My iphone 7 has the latest firmware. I'm not using do not disturb while driving. I've been to the dealership twice with no luck as far. They said they will look into it. Can someone guide me as to how to fix this?
