Default 2019 CX5 Signature Dash Display

I brought my car into the dealer to get some service done and they had to disconnect my battery in the process. When I got my car back, the dash display had changed. The 'instantaneous gas mileage' and 'remaining distance' displays on either side of the speedometer used to display digits. It now shows a vertical gauge. See attached photos. I asked the mechanic who worked on the car how to change it back, but he didn't know. I went through all the menu settings and can't figure it out later. Anybody have any idea on how to change this?

This is how it used to be.

This is how it is now.

Interesting that I should open up the forum and find this post. I was driving in the afternoon and for no reason my dash went from bright to dim. I adjusted the level back to what I considered normal and continued. I don't recall this happening in the past though this may be part of the auto headlight setting.

For me it happens when the headlights kick on automatically. It's usually when the sun is going down and there are areas that make the sensor think it's too dark, but there's still some light out.
