Will the entire bumper cover need to be replaced?

 

It would be a matter of whether or not the plastic trim can be seperated from the rest of the bumper. You may be able to repair it somewhat as well and avoid replacing the entire thing.

 

that whole piece is $106 on carparts.com which would likely be cheaper that trying to fix that.

 

This is more DIY logical and doable.... ^^^^^^^^^^^^
To fix it your would need 2 basic things
1) Plastic Welder
2) experience with repairing specifically plastic bumpers


You can't just pull ,cut, fill with Bondo or plastic filler sand and repaint a plastic bumper.
