hi there , can anyone please help me on how to reset a LOCK and Car ( immobilizer issue ) in my dashboard .. many thanks

You can't reset it.

Assuming the vehicle won't start, you need to get it scanned for fault codes and diagnose what the fault is.

Haw many key fobs/remotes do you have?
