Default 2014 cx-5 AFS to standard lights with LED bulbs

Hello I bought a cx-5 with a damaged non working headlight. I bought OEM replacement headlights but they are non AFS. I also bought LED H11 and 9005 bulbs that are plug and play. None of the electrical outlets match. What do I do. My mechanic buddy says hot-wire it. I would prefer if someone made a wiring harness conversion kit. I’m not concerned about the AFS. What should I do please help.

Lots of replacement connectors too do it correctly!!

I would return the upgrade for one that is applicated for your Mazda.

Yep seems like it would be a real pain having to utilize changing so much of the wiring.

I am of the opinion that most Mazda as well other platform headlights are already to bright on the road and highways. I mean at some point it is a safety is for oncoming traffic.

everything that I purchased says OEM and plug and play. I just need reference for the electrical sockets being converted. Are there any out there?

Well obviously, they are not so I would recommend contact the manufacture or an authorized dealer of the product you purchased.
As for conversation of different OEM connectors there are a couple companies that offer them, but you would need to look specially on their websites.
But a lot of work for getting a part that is may not directly be applicated for your exact Mazda?

Welocome

My opinion from past experience in cutting, splicing and using "adaptors" generally opens up a whole can of worms you don't want to mess with.
Return your parts and have them send the correct ones or at least try and get a refund.
Otherwise, eat the cost and buy the correct ones. It is way less "painful" than the issues and headaches you'll have if you don't.
