Question 2013 CX5 Vanity mirror lights?

Hello all,
My wife just purchased a 2013 CX5 sport two weeks ago.

The thing is in absolute fantastic shape, previous owner had all recommended maintenance done at a dealer, paint is perfect no dents yada yada yada...

I've only driven the vehicle once, but something i picked up on which I found weird is the visor mirrors dont have a light associated with them. The wife shrugged it off and said she could just use the other lights when needed, but I figured there is probably another trim package that has them, or perhaps another year cx5 that has them with the same ( or very close) visors?

I figure that a swap will probably take running some wire down the A pillar unless i get lucky and the harness is there and tucked away which is fine, but my total seat time in any Mazda vehicle MIGHT total 10 hours, so I was hoping someone on here has either heard of the swap or preformed it already. I did a quick search of the forum but didnt come up with much.

I appreciate your time!

Is that something you guy use a lot ? Seems like a lot of work just to have to mirrors with lights in them ? And the only time you would really need the lights is if you were using the mirrors at night ? I guess it could be done . .. anything can , but at what hassle & or risk to scratching interior surfaces.. by all means if you guys use those mirrors at night often go for it !
