Default Service Soon message coming on

Hey Group! My 2024 Carbon turbo is flashing me a service soon message. Coming up on 11k miles. Is this for an oil change? I changed it at 10k miles and perhaps the shop didn't reset the warning since it wasn't displaying at the time?

Thanks all!

Chip

Don't rely on a random YouTube video.
Anyone can post that kind or help that generally is not as helpful as one thinks. The exception only if it is done from a professional Automotive Service Shop or a person that is known to be an educated , experienced and trained (certified) mechanic or automotive technician.
Following some can sometimes actually cause issues and more situation needing help to correct.

There may be many thing you should learn about your Mazda .

As you are fairly new you may want to read this thread below.

Some members should actually take the time and watched and listen more carefully to the video posted instead of so quickly commented what a helpful video it was? Some may find why it was not fully what the adjustment chipgreenberg wanted and or should be doing by reading the actual posted information and question asked in Post#1.

Yup and that was READ THE OWNERS MANUAL!
Look at it this way 90% of new owners don't read the owner's manual and will ask or have many things they don't know about their new vehicle.
So giving them a simple answer is better suited for all intense purposes to insure a safer driver on the road we all share is to learn about the vehcle you are driving and not reply on a person showing another internet video from another owner.
Your many responses since you joined strongly indicates you never read yours.
BTW I see you edited your other posting and changed the video.

well one is a specific answer which answers the question directly and one is not an answer at all, more of a homework assignment to find an answer...

and yes i edited my post last week after i noticed the video i had posted was for a cx5 instead of a cx30 which isn't a huge deal as both user interfaces are identical for this process...for some reason my post edit to change the video didn't take last week and i noticed it today so i tried to edit and change the video again and it still posted the original video again...so today i edited and deleted the video entirely and saved the post, then re-edited and added the correct video again...seems like a forum bug

I'm not a car guy...but this guy is...http
Blunderboy your orginal response is always a matter of record with any member that follows a thread. You do realize that right?
You can ad d you don't know how to post on a forum to your bad information not only on servicing vehicles but now posting on a forum.
And YES owners of vehicles for the safety of themselves and other on the road that they share and are driving on should read the complete owner's manual of the vehicle they just purchased and are driving!
If I had to vote on a bill for a statewide law for driving it would be requiring any new owner of a vehicle in the USA and Canada manufactured from 2022 to present and beyond take at least a and written test to qualify them to actually drive their new vehicle on public roads and highways. You would obviously fail that test.

You IMHO should not be posting members on how to do anything because it is written in your own signature information as well you still hold onto that joke of a video.
What you should have incorporated in your signature : "I'm not a car guy...but this guy Callisto is ".
