I have such a case in my CX-30 2024. After turning on the navigation, the message unexpected error is displayed, an unexpected error occurred, the application is restarted. The navigation starts for a moment and then the entire screen restarts, the SD card was replaced with a new one but the error is the same.

 

I was not even aware that there was an SD card for the navigation system, although we honestly don't use ours for navigation. Our cell phones have apps for that.
