Good afternoon all!!

I bought my cx30 last week. Absolutely loving it so far. O e issue I have is with the mymazda app. I registered my car and it recognizes it where I get the your door is unlocked notification but when I use the remote lock, start etc I get a notification that it failed. I took it back to the dealership they updated the TCU still no luck.

Talking to the mechanic he told me it's such a new system they haven't really even been trained on it. Called the Mazda customer service and they are having it look into it. My phone is a Google pixel XL 2 running Android 10.

Anyone have any suggestions?
