Is there no way to launch the lift gate from within the car? My Mazda-6 had a button by the steering wheel that popped the trunk open from within the car. I don't have the button on the CX-30. I thought this was pretty standard on all cars. This is the Preferred trim model and does not have a power liftgate.

 

It's the leftmost button on the cluster switch to the left of the steering wheel.

 

I've regretted every new car I've ever bought within a year of owning it with the exception of my CX-5. 13k on it now and I still love the Speed Test thing.
