Default Lane keep assist

Hi all, I'm new to the forum, has anyone else experienced the lane keep assist trying to guide them out of the center of the lane, I have a early 2020 Australia Astina and have found that depending on conditions, light sun etc. my car can confuse the shiny black tar lines in the road that are repairs for the white lines and start to try and guide the car accordingly sometimes into the oncoming traffic, or off the road, of course I have been able to overpower it , I have now had this on multiple occasions. I have raised this with dealers and made an official safety complaint to Mazda Australia and explained that they will not find it on a short test drive but surprise surprise they cannot replicate the issue, after checking the car for not much more than an hour, I suspect plausible deniability as I have raised as a major safety issue and I suspect they don't want a recall. Not to mention the multitude of other small issues they cannot seem to fix. Its funny I find if you don't look for something you wont find it, seems to be Mazda's theory, even though they smile and accommodate you and tell you they are. I have asked for a buy back which was rejected, with not mention of the issues or why they rejected it..
