Hi everyone,
I feel like this is a stupid question but I have a Mazda cx30 preferred 2020 and I am having some volume control issues. I don’t know how to switch between system volume control and music volume control. If anyone can help that would be great.

Hey I'm new here also. My daughter is purchasing a CX30 today. On most vehicles (other brands) you have to engage the system audio. In other words prompt the system for a reply, during the reply try turning the volume control up or down to control the system volume. Not sure if this will work but it's worth a shot.

Two ways.

In Navigation Settings, Guidance Settings select Guidance Volume.

or

When she is talking, turn the volume ****. When she stops, the control reverts back to regular volume.

You have to go back to the first option when it is turned down to zero.

When I first got my Mazda, I kept turning down the volume to hear the directions. It was counter productive.

Enjoy your new Mazda. Go through every menu option to see how you can make it unique for you.
