Hi all, has anyone in the UK managed to get a warranty repair by quoting one of these technical service bulletins, 06-002/18, 06-005-19, 06-001/20, 06-001/21.
Subject - Light resistance and / or unusual noise when turning steering wheel left or right.
My repair after 17000 miles and 5 years has just been quoted by my mazda dealer at a mind boggling £4500.
Whaaaaaat!"
Any help would be appreciated.

 

I would be hitting up Mazda UK for assistance, as its a well known and documented bulletin.

 

Hi grim reaper, thanks for the reply. Funny the dealer had not come across this before (in the UK). Looks like this is an issue that is going to go on and on. This may be a claim on the dealer or on Mazda UK. More to come!
