CX-3 dog owners
Hey all,
i am new here on your forum. I've had my cx-3 for almost 3 years now (2016/8). In the near future i'll be getting a dog, a weimaraner (size comparison: german shepherd) and i'll be needing a transporter box for her.
So, the question. Are there any dog lovers on here, if yes, how do you transport your dogs? Harness is not an option, because they are not safe (for dog and for passengers). So the only option for me is aluminium box in trunk or trunk separator. I've once transported my family's dog to the vet in my car in the trunk, and she was comfortable, so i know that there is enough space there.
All in all, i was not able to find a big enough box that would fit both, the car and the dog. What is everyone using? Custom made?
