Well really need a little more detail. When you say cleared with obd what does that mean to you?
However, the very first thing that needs to be done regardless of age of the battery is to have your battery health checked otherwise known as load tested. Then check the terminals for good contact as well the ground cable and the positive cable to and at the starter.
Then and only then should the next steps be considered.
Sorry i mean i plugged in an obd reader and cleared all the trouble codes first.
The amber lights are lane assist, anti lock brake, electronic stabilization skid symbol, some sort of rear sensor shunt symbol, and tyre pressure 5 amber lights
Think it may be the Abs right hand rear wheel sensor as i have code C003A and UO415.
i want to check the connections but trying to find where they connect under the plastics and wheel arches
So i found the connection under the trim on the rh rear seat belt area... The resistance reading was 49 ohm and slowly increased to about 56 ohms over a15 minute period. This strikes me as too low which may account for the fault codes. Does anyone know what the correct reading is? I read other reluctance type ABS sensors are normally between 800 -1500 ohms. ??
anyone shed any light on this please??
So having bought the part. RH rear wheel speed sensor harness from Mazda directly. I tested the resistance on the new one it was massively higher. 41.7 kOhms against 50 Ohms on the old one.
When replaced the errors disappeared.
I cleared the DTC memory one last time and now all good.
