Default Vacuum and Idle isssue

Here I go once more with a vacuum issue. It's not a vacuum leak this time, from what I have seen. So today when I went to go pickup my Leer top, all of the sudden my brakes had no vacuum and under half throttle the truck was unresponsive, and was blubbering like an old v8 with a hole in the exhaust. I checked everything, changed both vacuum lines going from the brake booster to the intake, since the check valve seemed to not work, when I blew threw it. I jerry rigged a check valve to get me home. So first off does anyone know where to get a check valve and that hose? Secondly has anyone had that issue with the truck blubbering under half throttle? I do not have a choke the truck. The truck was warmed up, there was no vacuum leaks from what I saw.

Same, truck. '90 B2220 with a 32/36 Weber.

There are a couple of external jets on the 32/36 Weber carb that can become clogged with dirt. When removing them to clean them, there is a O-ring that seals the jet.....so don't lose them!

That's pretty odd, that they'll clog within a month of running the carb. However I've seen stranger things, so thanks I'll look at that first.
