Hi Y'all - newbie here. Just aquired a '99 B2500 5 speedwith 98K - bad P/S pump has justbeen replaced & now it runs great. I do, however, get a bit of gear clash from 2nd to 3rd at times. Nothing real bad - if I shift slowly, it's smooth.

I'm thinkig it's time to do a trans fluid change. Has anyone got any advice about an additive that will help make the syncros work a little better or should I stick with straight Mercon?
