Hi folks, I picked up a '98 B2500 a few weeks ago and am just getting around to changing the plugs. However, when I expose them, they look like this:

Round spark plug bases? How do I get those removed? I haven't found any sources for it and they're all like that. Just trying to figure out what's going on, any help is appreciated.

to me they look like covers,have you tried popping it off w/screwdriver??
