noisy power steering pulley

2oo2 b3000 mazda pickup v6 engine.The power steering pulley chirps. Able to move the pulley about 1/2 of inch.Is this fixable or do I have replace power steering pump

Yup, pump time... unlerss of course the pulley just came loose, or something else equally silly?
