Default lowering the truck

I have a b2200 mazda, I want to lower the truck, what are the items i need to lower the truck? Where can i buy those products,(autozone, Advance auto parts), I want to lower it pretty far down. Please let me kno all the things i need. Also what are the front spindles as i read in another post.

Also what are the processes to take out the old block and place in the new ones. Just so when it comes time to install the new 4inch drop block i dont have to figure everything out on my own.

Jack up the truck, support the frame w/ stands. Remove U-bolts and blocks, install new blocks and U-bolts, tighten up. Then, lefty-loosy the torsion arm bars until you get your desired ride height. Make sure you have some thread showing through the torsion bar adjuster, for safety reasons.
