Your photos are crappy, and maybe add lines or arrows showing what you are asking about. The three rubber hoses in front come from the air cleaner reed valves, looks like you're missing one rubber hose. You also seem to be missing the flexible tube to the air cleaner.

Look for a complete air cleaner assembly for a B2000 or B2200 (used); there should be plenty from folks who installed Weber carbs on theirs.

I sold my own a decade ago...

I have been driving my truck without the last hose connected, is there a problem with doing this???

A problem for me? Nope - not my truck !!!

Plug up stuff, use rubber stopper from hardware store, etc.

It was for emissions only. If you have to have your truck inspected for being emissions compliant, then you will need to get the missing hose installed......might even run a bit quieter also!
