i am buildin a truck it is a 87 b2000 and i have put a chevy 350 in it an overdrive trany and a gm 12 bolt rearend and i was wondering if any one has done it before so i know what to do and what not to do.

 

Me and a buddy are building a B2000 It has a SBC 305 Turbo 305trans 203 t-case. we didn't really have any problems just one with the steering (pitman arm is too short) but your building your for the street?? well here is a pic of our B2000

yeh my truck im buildin it for street i have a 350 with turbo 350 trans i had a 2004r but i could not use it. i had to also build custom crossmembers. i hope to have the truck done next week. ill have to get you some pics of it.

 

i got a 87b2000 i put a 350 chevy & a gm 5 speed i got the stock rear end and it holds up just fine and i got lader bars as trackshen bars and i cut the fier wall and moved the motor back. the motor mounts are in the same spot as the stock motorand it looks good so if you want pics just email me at celli607@aol.com and give me your email
