I actually had the brass/copper (no plastic) version first, through O'Reilly, lifetime warranty. A little over a year in, started seeping coolant through a weld on top; if there'd been close-enough radiator shop to fix it, I might've just had it repaired at my cost, but would've required 2 trips downtown during M-F, opposite of where I worked. So I did the warranty replacement, and O'Reilly by then was supplying the all-aluminum.
I must say that I've had zero issues with the all-aluminum 2-row radiator though, about 11 years now. All modern "safe for all makes and models" coolants are low-enough in pH to be suitable for aluminum parts.
Yeah our original brass copper one might be a candidate for repair. I’m going to have it checked out before scraping it. Here’s a few pics of it. Sprung a leak at bottom tank. A second weak spot appears evident. And one swollen tube appears to have squashed some fins.
I have both of the new radiators now. There is nothing to compare because they are basically identical. Even though the packaging is different, they had to be made at the same place. All aluminum, one tow but the tubes are at least twice as wide as the single row tubes on the original radiator. Like in Earls picture, I too will need to drill mounting holes for the shroud. Easy stuff.
Interesting that the one from Autozone was supposed to be plastic tanks. Instead is was all aluminum.

Yeah, typical re-branding, super common. And why different vendors all seem to be "in stock" or "out of stock" at the same time.
Yes, 2-row radiator has worked great for me, a dozen years now. And is my photo of where I drilled, one of the few where it was mine, not Axel's !!!
No big deal - Axel Breaker Earl is a friend of mine !!! Even though we've never yet met (he's in Florida, and I'm in Arizona). Axel has helped me out a few times.
