Drain holes in frame?

Drain holes in frame?
Hey!
I'm in the middle of a restoration of my 91 B2200, and I was noticing that there's alot of crud inside the frame rails. I was wondering, is there an opening near the front end on the frame that allows me to flush everything out, or do I have to think up some other way to get the remnants out.
