carbureted to fuel injected
What are the problems/difficulties to switch from carbureted to fuel injected? Some one offered me a turbo for my 91 mazda b2200 and they said for it to work i would have to change to fuel injected. How much would the conversion cost if i would change it? Please let me know. Also if anyone who has there truck with forced induction let me kno what you did.

RE: carbureted to fuel injected
Well there is only one problem, about 27% of the B2200s ever made where fuel injected and about 7% of those are on the east coast so if your pretty much anywhere east of california or washington your chances of finding parts are pretty low. Some of the old fuel injected 626s and 323 parts should work from like 86-87 or so. If you want to run megasquirt and go to electronic ignition you can do a 12 valve head conversion then just make an adapter plate to switch the throttle body to the front.
