Body Lifts ?

On a 1993 B2600, is a 2 inch body lift good enough for 33 inch tires to fit. On a 2 inch lift, would any lines such as clutch or brake lines have to be made longer?

I put a 3" body lift on my 87 and everything was fine.

the body lifts ive seen say regular cab, will they work with a cabplus?
