I have a 2003 B3000, will the Ranger factory bed liner fit in the B-Series?

The 1986-1993 Japanese-manufactured B-series trucks had three different sized beds (regular cab, Cab Plus, and long bed). I think if you mean a 1994-on Ford-manufactured B-truck, then answer could be yes.
Otherwise: trail and error to check for a fit.
