Does anyone know what this actually means? I dont mean to sound stupid but I think I should know.

Flex fuel means that the fuel system seals and hoses along with the pump can accept the alcohol E85 gas. This also includes the engine computer is calibrated to run on E85. It can compensate for spark timing curve and advance.
