Question B3000 Electrical

Good morning all -
I have a 1998 Mazda B3000 truck and I fear I have an electrical gremlin. I have no windshield wipers, interior dome light, nor electric windows. Seem to be relatively unrelated things so I'm thinking not a fuse, but maybe a ground someplace? Anyone have any idea where to look? I've checked the fuse box and everything seems in order.....
Thanks in advance
Matthew

There should be more than one fuse box.

I would suspect a Body Control Module (BCM)......I have not worked on this year/type truck before, but have had issues like this on other vehicles, and it has been the BCM.......Check out this thread on a Ford Ranger, since it is basically the same vehicle.
