B2600 Dies when I touch acclerator, Idles OK

B2600 Dies when I touch acclerator, Idles OK
We replaced the head with a new one including valves, rockers everything, new head gasket, all good
We needed to remove the throttle body.
The car started fine almost 3rd go,
However, as soon as we apply any throttle it almost stalls and sounds like the air is coughing from the airbox.
The throttle body switch has 12v and when throttle is applied and switch is open goes to 0 volts.
I think that is correct. I was heading down the throttle position sensor, Not sure.
all wires seem to be connected in the correct place, triple checked this,, it had a new fuel pump and was working prior to new head,
any ideas anyone one some troubleshooting, or is throttle body had it...
Or is it a timing issue?
