Default B2200 Manual trans issues

I have a 93 B2200 5 speed with 216,000 kilometres.

With the clutch all the way in it still crunches into 1st and most of the time I can’t even get into second. If I do I need to double clutch.

all other gears work great and never miss or grind. I have brand new clutch master and slave cylinders and it’s fully bled with new fluid and the clutch it’s self never slips and feels pretty good.

I suspect the clutch to be the culprit but I also suspect the transmission of just being beat and tired.

Any input?

Post clear pictures (can take from topside through engine compartment) of release arm position on the transmission both with clutch pedal up and with clutch pedal fully down.

Might help, might not.

The synchronizers could be bad for those gears mine went bad after my dad jammed the gear shifter in while not using the clutch multiple times
