Default B1800 / Ford Courier Brakes

I inherited a 1976 Ford Courier from my great grandmother about a year ago and finally got it running good enough. Now, I'm trying to get it to stop better. The drums good enough for the country but not the city where I live. Does anyone know of a modern universal disk brake swap kit? I found some used parts out of a 1984 B2000 that are a direct swap but I replacement parts for the B2000 are extremely hard to find. I would prefer something more common. I wish I could just swap the knuckles out with a another vehicle...
