Just bought Mazda b2200 started to replace valve seals but ran into a problem how do I remove the rocker arms?

 

I just had my cylinder head rebuilt in October, and I had to pull the rocker arms off, don't remember it being an issue. It just unbolted readily, 10 bolts, see bottom photo. When I got the head back from the machine shop, I had to install the gasket to the front portion, and I wanted to add Permatex Aviation sealant (brown) and assembly lube as shown in top photo.
